FuzzyK is a C++ command line program that will perform fuzzy k-means clustering on gene expression data. The compiled program is currently available for linux systems and will soon be available for Windows 2000 and Mac OS X operating systems. The source code is also available.

FuzzyExplorer is a web-based, PERL visualization tool designed to view the clustering results of the FuzzyK program. This viewer will run on any web server that has Apache and PERL installed.

NEW! MapleTree is a java-based viewier developed by Lisa Simirenko and Mike Eisen, designed for viewing the FuzzyK results as well as other clustering results including standard k-means and hierarchical clustering. A sorceforge project is available and the MapleTree software can be downloaded there.
